New deadline for 2025 CIT

Following the constraints caused by the abnormal succession of storms during the month of January 2026, the Order 68/2026-XXV, from May 12 2026, issued by the Secretary of State for Tax Affairs, extends the deadline for the CIT form submission and payment (Modelo 22) for the tax period ending on 31/12/2025, by June 19th (before May 31st);

In this sense, CSCC will proceed with the usual filling and submission process for the above mentioned taking in consideration the new deadline, notwithstanding submission on the previous date, when requested.
