Submission of Form 62

Following Dispatch No. 158/2025 XXV from 12/12/2025, to allow for higher quality on the information to be provided by the taxpayers, the submission of Form 62 related to the 2024 fiscal year, pursuant to n.3 of Article 46 of the RIMG, may be submitted until March 31st, 2026.

In this regard, CSCC will proceed with the submission and delivery process for this obligation as soon as the form becomes available for submission.
