Change to the social security payments due date

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 127/2025 from December 9th, which entered into force on January 1st 2026, Social Security contributions payments must be made between the 1st and the 25th day of the following month to which those contributions refer to.

The monthly tax payment request e-mail from CSCC will have the usual content, with the only change being the above-mentioned deadline, which was previously until the 20th and now until the 25th.
