MENAC to Use Artificial Intelligence to Monitor Obligations Under the General Regime for the Prevention of Corruption (RGPC)

The National Anti-Corruption Mechanism (MENAC) will begin a preliminary analysis of documentation from entities subject to the General Regime for the Prevention of Corruption (RGPC), utilizing an artificial intelligence system.

The review will cover:

• Plans for the prevention of corruption risks and related offenses;
• Codes of conduct;
• Training and communication programs.

Although this assessment is preliminary in nature—and its findings do not constitute a final determination regarding legal compliance—entities should verify immediately that the required policies and procedures are in place and that all mandatory information has been published on the MENAC portal.

Please note that this regime applies to companies and branches with more than 50 employees.
